BU Head for EMEA since December 2017, after a number of global, regional and local roles in Arysta since joining in 2009. He has more than 16 years of experience in the Ag industry having been with Zeneca/Syngenta before.
Michel is responsible for equipping the company with the necessary organizational structure and people with the required skills to support strategy and objectives delivery. His main goal with the HR team is to support the business in talent acquisition, organization and people development, compensation and benefits, workforce engagement, and change management.
Michel has more than 32 years of experience in HR in the catering and services, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, with Sodexho, Syngenta and their legacy companies. He has earned regional and global responsibilities over the past 19 years.

Esteban heads Customer Marketing for EMEA, a team whose mission is to support Countries for growth and agility, driven by Crop Strategies and ProNutiva at its core.
Esteban joined Arysta in February 2017 as EMEA Customer Marketing Head, after an extensive International career across different industries such as Crop Protection, FMCG, Logistics and Automotive. He holds an INSEAD MBA.
Guy is responsible for the development of Arysta activities in West and Central Africa sub-region.
This role includes P&L management, strategic orientation and W&CA team lead.
Guy has 29 years of experience in crop protection, mostly in commercial roles in different cultures and geographies such as Africa, the Middle East, Western Europe (including the French market) and Latin America.
Guilhem is responsible for Legal, Insurance and Compliance. His focus is to be a trusted advisor and a reliable business team player to better serve and protect the business. Maintaining the agility to find solutions, and being ready to act decisively to maximize opportunities and minimize risks, is his “Company Act,” as is generating EBITDA for Arysta.
Guilhem has more than 22 years of experience in roles that included working in both a law firm and bank. He has been with Arysta for more than 20 years.

Head of Southern, Eastern Africa and Public Health
Marcel is responsible for growth strategy development, commercial and P&L management of the Southern & Eastern Africa sub-region as well as the Public Health business in the Arysta EMEA business unit. His main goal is to drive his team to identify and explore new market opportunities and develop the business in the sub-region.
Marcel has over 25 years of professional experience in the agrochemicals industry, mainly responsible for technical and marketing functions as well as an active member of management teams. Marcel has an extensive knowledge of crop protection products, markets and the regulatory challenges facing the region. He is the current President of CropLife South Africa.

Head of Central & Eastern Europe and Country Manager Romania
Stephen worked 10 years for BASF in USA, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Romania & Bulgaria; and has 10 years of experience in Romanian Agriculture in Operational Farming 6.000ha, Grain Trading, Oilseed Crush and Input Sales Distribution.
Following 8 years in automotive and plastic industry, Yves joined the company 16 years ago, moving from Calliope, to Arysta and now PSP. His expertise is in ERP’s, IT applications and PMO with a lot of background in Supply Chain; supporting and helping the business in its growth.
Felix Lorente is Head of MED region (Italy, Greece/Cyprus, Maghreb & Turkey) in addition to his role as Country Manager ALS Iberia. Félix comes from BASF, where he has been Managing Director in various countries in LATAM and Portugal, and, previously, he held different positions in BASF Agro España, within the Sales department.
Head of Strategic Alliances, PMO, Tolling and Non-Crop
Martin is responsible for the coordination of the different integration projects in Europe, Middle East and Africa Business Unit. In parallel he took the role of site manager in Ougrée and he is leading the Non-Crop business in Europe. The main targets in his integration role are “one face to the customer,” delivering the synergies, and reducing back office complexity.
Martin has over 30 years of professional experience in the agrochemicals industry, mainly in functions related to registration and development, as well as senior-level positions in sales and marketing. His experience includes a profound knowledge of value creation through product strategy, combined with regulatory challenges.
Jozef’s main objective is to develop a modern portfolio of Seed Treatment, Conventional and BioSolutions products in targeted strategic crops and segments, delivering the value to Arysta partners and society in large.
Jozef has more than 20 years experience in Sales and various senior Marketing functions in Arysta LifeScience and its predecessor companies.

Mike is responsible for finance throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. His primary goals are to deliver robust financial stewardship and effective business partnership across the region.
Mike has more than 20 years experience in finance having worked for various companies such as Ecolab and Johnson & Johnson in a number of country, regional and global roles. He has experience in the petrochemical, healthcare, FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors.
Originally from Inverness in the north of Scotland, Mike served with the British Royal Navy before qualifying as an accountant and embarking on his financial career.
